25/05/2008, 8:47 PM cherry Joined on 25/05/2008 Posts 1 scared for new puppy hi i'v recently brought home a new 6 week old puppy, and have slowly and carefully been introducng him to my 18 mnth old female of the same breed (jack russells). the puppy is quite scared and constantly attacks my older dog, drawing quite alo of blood from her mouth and face area. my older dog is being very patient, and has not bitten the puppy, although she wrestles him roughly and acts as if she is just about to go for his throat, before i pull her off and distract her with cuddles. i know this is probably not the right thing to do, but i am very scared for the pup's safety, and would be thrilled if you could give me any advice. thankyou    Report
