Border Collie x Retriever wanted as stud to our bitch (Northampton)

We have a beautiful 4 year old border collie x retriever bitch whom we would like to mate with the same cross for a litter of puppies. Our dog is clever, well behaved, has an excellent temperament and is brilliant with children. We would really like to keep her line going and don't want to change her cross as it is so lovely. If you have a dog who matches our request please email me. Thx

hi caroline.

we're interested to know if you found a mate for your collie x retriever? we're looking for a puppy, we had a lovely collie cross retreiver who died last year aged 16 and are now looking for another.

Hi Caroline,

Sorry we cannot help with a stud for your bitch. If and when you do get puppies then please let us know. We lost our collie/retriever cross just over 12 months ago at th eage of 14. She was the most wonderful dog we have ever owned - beautiful, kind and super intelligent. We now feel ready to take on another collie/retriever cross (to join the 2 dogs and 1 cat we still have) and would be so grateful if you could help us

I hope you dont mind me asking you but I am onsidering getting one of these dogs out of the Council Pound. He is approx 2-3 yrs, black & looks like a retriever. Can you tell me if these dogs malt much?
