i have a really stubborn 5month puppy im trying to toilet train i have paper down at the back door, i have been letting him out when i should but for some reason without warning aswell as using his paper he will use my carpet as his toilet to do both. cant really use a dog crate as we have another dog and they just whine after each other and our older dog doesnt like being shut in. please can somebody help!!
